When is my gallery publicly visible?

Your gallery goes online as soon as a payment method is on file. What applies during the trial, and what happens if a payment fails.

The rule

Your gallery is public as soon as a payment method is on file — that is, from the moment you start the trial with your card. Not only once the first charge has gone through.

During the 14 trial days nothing is charged. You can cancel at any point before that.

Trial without a card

Sign up without a payment method and you can set everything up and walk through your gallery yourself — but only you. Everyone else sees a note that the exhibition is not open yet.

You can tell this state by the banner at the top of the screen: “Preview — visible only to you.”

If a payment fails

If a card expires or a charge is declined, your gallery goes offline and visitors see a notice. Your works, rooms and settings are kept in full.

As soon as the payment is made good, the gallery is reachable again without any action on your part.

If you have more works than your plan allows

Exceed your plan's limit — after moving to a smaller plan, for instance — and the gallery pauses as well, until you either remove works or adjust the plan. Nothing is lost here either.
