SELLING

Selling art straight from the gallery

How to add prices, availability and a purchase or enquiry link to your works, and how interested people reach you.

Price and availability

Every work can carry a price and a status: available, reserved or sold. Both appear on the work's page.

You need not give a price. Many artists prefer “price on request” — which you achieve simply by leaving the price out.

The purchase or enquiry link

Every work can carry an address for interested people to land on: your own shop, a page of your gallery, a contact form.

A “Buy / enquire” button then appears on the work's page, leading there.

Enquiries through Raumiva

Independently of that, visitors can send an enquiry about a work straight from the gallery. These enquiries collect in your “Enquiries” area.

Handling it — invoice, shipping, payment — is between you and the buyer. Raumiva does not act as an intermediary and keeps nothing back.

Common questions

Does Raumiva take a commission on my sales?

No. Raumiva costs a fixed monthly fee; what you sell is your business alone. The transaction runs directly between you and the buyer.

Can visitors pay directly in the gallery?

No. You add a purchase or enquiry link to each work, leading to your own shop or contact route. Visitors can also send an enquiry, which lands in your “Enquiries” area.
